School Council Meetings January 2015

Happy New Year! 

We have had a busy start to the year with two meetings already this year.  Thank you for all your ideas. Isabel and other members of the School Council have been to see Miss Bennett and Mr Donald about your ideas.  They have discussed:

*Possible changes to 'Tea with Mr Donald' vouchers (given when you move up to the gold star).  A few of you felt that we should consider changing the system currently in place, making it that the person with the most vouchers gets to go to have tea with Mr Donald.  Miss Bennett is going to consider this idea and will be speaking to the staff and Mr Donald.  Miss Bennett will let us know the outcome of the decision after half term.  

* We have had lots of suggestions asking if everyone can have the opportunity to use the sensory room, particularly for RE sessions.  Mr Donald and Mrs Gum are considering if and how this can work and they will let us know.  The School Council have now purchased resources that can be used in the sensory room for Religion.
