Miss Raymond

This is my eighth year teaching at St Joseph's and I feel very excited about taking on a new challenge this year as KS1/ EYFS Lead. Alongside this role I will continue to lead English, Achievement For All and Pupil Premium. Outside school, I enjoy playing piano and guitar, playing tennis and reading. I also love to spend time with my family and friends.

Miss Howard

This will be my first year teaching at St Joseph’s and I am very much looking forward to starting my teaching journey in year 1.
I like to spend my free time baking, spending time with my family and keeping active at the gym! I also love music, drama and dance and enjoy watching musical theatre productions.
I feel very lucky to be a part of the team here at St Joseph’s, and I can’t wait to see where the next year will take us!

Miss Hilditch

I have taught at St Joseph’s for 4 years now and love it! I’ve taught children in KS2 and KS1 and I am really excited to join the EYFS team! I am creative and passionate about children learning. I can’t wait to explore along side the children in our exciting environment. I am the art co-ordinator and also lead the WEP project helping to raise aspirations of children in Windsford. Outside of school you are most likely to find me baking and trying out the latest recipes in the kitchen or going for long walks with my lovely black Labrador Sophie. The first few weeks in Nursery we will be finding out all about each other; who we are and who can help us! Please don’t hesitate to come and see me if there is anything I can help with!

Welcome to the Year 1/2 team -

We're looking forward to a busy Summer Term with our new topic all about the explorers Christopher Columbus and Neil Armstrong. We will be learning about the difficult journeys they undertook and will think about who had the biggest impact! Our Explorers Day and visit to The World Museum in Liverpool will be particularly exciting. We are also looking forward to more exciting Forest School sessions and our science topic all about growing plants.

Online games will be available each Friday on Abacus and TTS Rockstars for your child to practise their maths skills. Spellings will be sent home to learn each Friday and children are expected to read with an adult at least three times each week. Thankyou for your help and support with your child's learning.

As always, we are all here to help and if you have any questions or would like to speak to a member of the teaching team please come and see us on the playground or email the office or call to make an appointment.
