Miss Hilditch

Welcome to Nursery!
This will be my 5th year teaching at St Joseph's after completing a placement as a student and never wanting to leave!
During my time at school I have taught across all key stages and this year will be teaching in Nursery and leading the Early Years team.
I love working in the Early Years - it is an exciting and fun filled environment which suits my personality.
I am also responsible for leading Art and Design in school and leading the Raising Aspirations project across Winsford.
This year I am also completing my MSc at Keele university.
When I am not in school or University you are most likely to find me in the kitchen baking various cakes and bakes or walking my lovely black Labrador, Sophie.
If there is anything I can help you with please come and catch me on the door!

Welcome to EYFS!
As well as teaching in Reception, I am also the Deputy Headteacher as well as being the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator. I am really enjoying my time in Early Years and feel very lucky to be with such wonderful children. I love that everyday is different and that we get to do so many exciting things.
Outside of school I love to go to spend days out with my family. I also love to bake and my favourite programme is 'The Great British Bake off'!

Miss Allenden

Welcome to Reception!

I have always loved working in early years and am currently in my second year of teaching. This year I hope to pass on my love of reading to my class so prepare for some silly stories to come home! I can’t wait to get to know new children and parents and I know there’s an exciting year ahead of us.

As well as teaching Reception, this year I am responsible for PSHCE and our ‘No Outsiders’ project. This is something I am extremely passionate about and I look forward to working with children throughout the school. Outside of school you’ll find me trying out new recipes in the kitchen, spending time with my three cats or enjoying musical theatre!

Mr Lewis

Welcome to Reception, this is my second year at St Josephs having enjoyed a fantastic year in year 4, I have now moved both into Reception and Forest Schools. I am extremely excited about the upcoming year and experiences it may bring with my new class.
Outside of school I enjoy bird watching, fishing, jogging, Pilates, walking and tending my allotment.

Welcome to the Early Years!

This year we are looking forward to supporting the children's learning through meaningful play experiences.

We are passionate about giving the children meaningful experiences which help them develop understanding in all areas of their development.

Our first topic is "All About Me" - we will be explroing along side the children and learning all about who they are and what they like/dislike. We will look at their names and what they look like, celebrating their birthday, their family and where they live!
