Springing into Spring!

The children have had an exciting couple of weeks trying to figure out how to prevent the robbers from stealing our Prize Cow just like in the story 'What the Ladybird Heard'.  

We have been creating plans, writing letters and finding out all about what kinds of animals are on a farm.  Hopefully over the next few weeks the weather will brighten once again and we can start to create our own little farm and begin to plant our vegetables.  We welcome any green fingered family members to come and give us a hand in our vegatable garden.

To celebrate the start of Lent we have made our Lenten Promises.  Ask your children what they have promised as there are a few children who have promised to try not to argue with siblings or to help around the house.  They are making promises thinking about how to make the world a better place and how to help their friends and families smile.  We hope that their promises make you all smile. 😊
