Pupil Premium
The pupil premium is additional funding given to schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils and close the gap between them and their peers.
In the 2025 to 2026 financial year, schools will receive the following funding for each child registered as eligible for free school meals at any point in the last 6 years:
£1,515 for primary-aged pupils
Schools will also receive £2,630 for children qualifying for Pupil Premium Plus; any pupil who has previously been in the care of the Local Authority.
In the financial year 2025-2026 St Joseph's will receive £101,505
