Hello!
I have been a member of the St.Joseph's team for 6 years,this is my first year teaching in KS1 - I am very excited to teach in Year 1/2 this year and getting back to teaching phonics! I enjoy outdoor activities and developing positive relationships with the children. I love to teach PE and Forest School. This year I will lead PE - a role I am very enthusiastic about.
When I am not at school, I enjoy going to the gym, travelling and spending time with my family. I enjoy reading a wide genre of books.
I can't wait to meet all the new characters this year!

Mrs Williamson

I’m in my fourth year at St Joseph’s as the Year 1 teacher and proud to be part of the Key Stage 1 team. I’m passionate about outdoor learning, dance, and art, and love creating engaging and enriching experiences for the children. Outside of school, I’m a mum of two, and we enjoy dancing, football, family holidays, and spending time with loved ones.

I’m looking forward to a year filled with exciting learning opportunities and memorable moments.

I’m really excited to be starting my first year at St Joseph’s and becoming part of the Key Stage 1 team! I have always loved art and being creative, and I studied Fine Art, so I can’t wait to share that passion with the children. I especially enjoy outdoor learning and finding fun ways to get creative outside the classroom.

When I’m not at school, I love spending time with my husband and our children, who enjoy dancing and getting outdoors. We often go for walks in the forest with our dog – whatever the weather! I also love swimming and make time for it every week.

Welcome to the Year 1/2 team -

Welcome to Year 1 and 2, where we have lots of exciting topics planned throughout the year.

Homework will be set weekly on a Friday. The activities may include Spellings, My Maths and TT Rockstars. Children are expected to read at home with an adult at least twice each week and this is to be recorded in the reading records. Thankyou for your help and support with your chilld's learning.
