This week, we have been preparing for Lent; Mrs Montgomery lead our Shrove Tuesday and Ash Wednesday service and in our classes, we have been preparing ourselves for our journey with Jesus. We have been making our Lenten promises and have been focusing on the importance of saying sorry and receiving  forgiveness.

We have also had fun celebrating our favourite books with 'World Book Day' this week, where we saw some AMAZING costumes across KS1, including Horrid Henry, Where's Wally, Matilda, Harry Potter and Alice in Wonderland!  A big congratulations to Violet for winning the costume competition for KS1 with her amazing Violet Beauregarde costume from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!

Key Stage One are excited for our upcoming fundraising event - so keep your eyes peeled for details!

We are looking forward to what the next few weeks of this Spring Term will bring!
